In recent years, medical, pharmaceutical, nutritional and diet specialists have discovered a whole new enemy that causes weight gain: Xenobiotics!
Xenobiotics are a harmful type of formation that does not exist in the human body, which the body does not later reveal, but comes from the outside.
Xenobiotics are not present in the human body under normal conditions. It’s not produced by the human body either, but it somehow enters our body from the outside. These are a bunch of chemicals. Some of them we take knowingly and willingly, some of them go into our bodies without us even realizing it. In short, xenobiotics, outsourced and foreign molecules to the body…
It enters our body through some products that we use knowingly and willingly; for example, through diet-oriented foods, cosmetics, preservatives in foods and most of all through medicines…
The other group enters our body due to pesticides, plastics dissolved in nature, different chemicals and environmental pollution and through the air we eat and drink, the air we breathe, the tap water we drink, the cigarettes we smoke, even the clothes we touch and wear. In short, our body is home to millions of xenobiotics without even realizing it!
Xenobiotics are the cause of many diseases!
Are xenobiotics innocent or not?
None of them are innocent! On the contrary, xenobiotics are the cause of poisoning. They can cause permanent damage to the body. To make matters worse, they’re stealing nutrients that purify the body from toxins.
Recent research has shown that xenobiotics also play a role in diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. They trigger cancer as well as the formation of cancer cells.
They accelerate aging, and free radicals have a part to play in the damage they do to the body. They are also claimed to cause autoimmune, that is, immune system-related allergic diseases. The explosion in allergic cases is also associated with xenobiotics.
So, do we live with xenobiotics for life?
Experts say: “We’re not “Fortunately, we remove xenobiotics from the body in several ways. These roads are sweating, breathing, urinating and emptying. Our liver, on the other hand, is a leading cause because it oxidizes, reduces, analyzes the water molecule in them or mixes them with water to waste xenobiotics with secreted enzymes. Then it’s removed from the body by bile and other means. This process is done all over again for every xenobiotic that enters our body.”
Ways to fight xenobiotics
Even if there’s no way to get rid of xenobiotics, is there a way to stay away? Dietitians say “Yes” and explain:
Be careful not to consume foods containing artificial additives, e.g. sweeteners, colorants, aromatics, preservatives, etc. Stop reaching for additives that kill useful mushrooms.
Soak your vegetables and fruits in vinegary water. Drink purified water. Opt for cosmetics using natural products. Do not use antibiotics unless necessary. Stay as far away from chemicals as possible when cleaning the house.
Don’t even bring processed food into your kitchen. Make a habit of reading the labels of the packaged products you buy; learn not only expiration dates, but also used preservatives.
Dietitians also explain how to support our liver, underlining once again that our liver has a great task in the fight against xenobiotics:
Be sure to get enough Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids. Omega 6 and Omega 9 are not a problem, we take them a lot from what we eat, but for Omega 3 we must necessarily consume fish. At this point we have two magic words: Antioxidants and detox!
Fruits and vegetables are ideal for antioxidants. You can consume many antioxidant foods, from apples to green peppers, avocado to artichoke, almonds to broccoli and blackberries. In recent years, barley and wheat grass and pine tree bark have also been added to this list.
You can also apply detox to strengthen the liver. Thus, you strengthen and support your liver, which wages a relentless war against xenobiotics. Cabbage, cauliflower, artichokes and brussel sprouts successfully clean the liver. If you can’t eat these, you can drink its water.
Again, fibrous foods, carrots, ginger and whole vegetable juices can be used for liver detox. Beetroot is a miraculous detox hero. Its leaves purify the liver, its tubers purify the gallbladder. You can find the root of turmeric and dandelion in the transfers. Bananas and spinach also both purify and strengthen the liver.
