The most important way to prevent fractures due to bone loss is for the person to get enough vitamin D and calcium at an early age. In young adulthood, if the calcium stores are sufficiently filled, the likelihood of bone loss in older age decreases.
For fractures to boil quickly, the body needs 1 or 1.5 grams of calcium. Drinking 1-2 cups of milk a day or consuming dairy products helps us to get enough calcium.

To prevent home accidents, people need to eliminate objects that may get in their way while walking, keep the lights on to a certain extent at night and pay attention to the thresholds. Bone loss treatment is also very important in elderly patients. In these patients, simple domestic exercises and balance exercises are useful. To prevent bone loss, at least 10 thousand steps should be taken per day in adulthood, appropriate sports and physical activity should be performed.

An elderly individual without a vital lung infection or diabetes should be operated on within 48 hours if not within 24 hours if possible, and the patient should be stood up and executed as soon as possible.
Stay away from smoking
Smoking is the most important factor that delays the boiling of fractures in adult patients. Especially in adult individuals, there is a delay in the boiling of fractures due to smoking.
If the patient has a severe diabetes, circulatory disorder or vascular disease, the boiling of the bone is delayed. For a quick recovery, the cause of not boiling must first be determined and the problem encountered should be eliminated.
